"Before you can live the life of a Christian, you have to have Jesus as your Lord and Savior in your life. He has to be the center of your life; the foundation that your life sits on." - Author/Cartoonist Jeff Todd
Faith does not have to be fancy to be real. That is the heart behind A Redneck's Guide, the Christian book series by author and cartoonist Jeff Todd — a collection of illustrated, plainspoken books that explain the Bible the way you would hear it on the front porch, not from a pulpit.

All titles are available now in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook on Amazon.

About the Series
A Redneck's Guide began as a simple idea: share the Gospel without the churchy language. From the beginning it has been identified as a Christian series, using humor and cartoons to make Scripture accessible for all ages.

Jeff's approach is direct:
"before you can live the life of a Christian, you have to have Jesus as your Lord and Savior in your life. He has to be the center of your life; the foundation that your life sits on."

Each book takes a different piece of the Christian walk and breaks it down into short chapters, personal stories, and original illustrations. No seminary degree required. Just an open Bible, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn.

The tone is Southern, self-deprecating, and encouraging — perfect for new believers, longtime Christians who want a fresh perspective, small groups, and anyone who has ever felt intimidated by traditional devotionals.

Featured Books
A Redneck's Guide To Being A Christian (2011)
The cornerstone of the series. Covers salvation, daily walk, prayer, and what it really means to make Jesus Lord. Published in 11 editions and still the most-read title.
A Redneck's Guide To The Gospel
Explains who Jesus is, His purpose for being here, His miracles and teachings, and why He did it all for us. Written to answer the basic question many people are afraid to ask: what is the Gospel, really.
A Redneck's Guide To The 5 Minute Sermons
Born during a difficult economic season, this ongoing devotional series captures quick life lessons Jeff learned while his faith grew. Some folks would call them devotionals. He calls them "5-Minute Sermons" because they are simple and easy to read.
A Redneck's Guide To The Book Of Revelation: The Duct Tape Removed (2012)
A straightforward, cartoon-illustrated walk through Revelation that removes the confusion without removing the truth.
A Redneck's Guide To He Brews! (2012)
Coffee, community, and the book of Hebrews. A warm, humorous study on faith that holds.
A Redneck's Guide To Stayin' Married (2012)
Biblical principles for marriage, told with honesty and humor from someone who has lived it.
A Redneck's Guide To Being A Dad (2013)
Practical, faith-filled encouragement for fathers trying to lead their families well.
A Redneck's Guide To The Church Letters: Corinthians & Philippians
Two short studies that unpack Paul's letters in everyday language.
A Redneck's Guide Presents: Color Time Fun
From the Christian series, a coloring book with over 50 pages of Jeff's illustrations, designed for all ages.

About Jeff Todd
Jeff Todd is a native of Newnan, Georgia, where he has spent his entire life and where he currently resides with his beloved wife, Frances. Together they have been blessed with four children and an ever-growing number of grandchildren (although, truth be told, Jeff has lost count - LOL).

A lifelong cartoonist, Jeff uses his art to teach, encourage, and occasionally poke fun at himself. When he is not writing, he and Frances run their local shop, The Stitch & Snack Shack, at the Franklin Road Flea Market in Newnan.

His mission is simple: take the big truths of Scripture and present them so clearly that anyone — redneck or not — can understand and apply them.
